I have some questions about joining the Navy Police as direct entry, if anyone could answer my questions that would be great!

1) How much time do you spend at sea in comparison on land? I.e how often would you deploy?
2) I know it might seem a silly question but when on land do you stay in barrack type accommodation with everyone else ?
3) do you work 9-5 hours and have some weekends free?

2) In barracks or your own home if you live locally
3) 0800 - 1600 is normal working day, how many weekends you do depends how many there are of you, what's going on in the area, how much you've pissed the boss off!

Fings ain't wot they used to be. Will said crusher spawn be expected to shit on his fellow trainees from day one? Or will he be permitted to compile a dossier on each one first?
