Its worth noting that Mne Curry joined Royal in May 2005, which means he must have literally just passed Commando training before deploying to Afghanistan.
Considering the circumstances in which he died and the fact that he was new to the Corps, this was one unbelievably brave lad. A testament to his character and also to the training CTCRM provide us with.
