    Hi. I've finished my brief about differences and similarities between Royal Norwegian Naval Academy (RNNA) and Britannia Royal Naval College (BRNC), and thought I could share it with this forums members, who most kindly helped me out on some of my questions. I apologize for the reduced esthetical quality on the PowerPoint, but converting the document caused some trouble.

    I did not focus on the different leadership philosophies, but more on the education. So I've attatched a pdf-file with some comments and hope it would be new knowledge to some of you.
