Possibly you misread the fact that if you do take it, you will be singling yourself out- just to clarify DO take a completed book!

I was the one saying I wouldn't take the book. It seems so pointless to me if it isn't filled in. I suppose I could just blag it and fill the boxes in anyway, but fill the section named 'overall perfomance' with facts.

I'm not sticking to the booklet 100% either, but its worth just filling out the
overall perfomance as you've said.
