  1. So I had my medical at the end of April and passed everything except a little overweight.

I've got my 2nd medical to see if i've lost the weight on the 1st August, however playing Rugby this weekend i've damaged my knee. Been out this morning to try and run and its no good, so i probs will not make the weight target I was set.

What do I do in this instance? Speak to my AFCO and tell them and ask to rearrange, or just go on the 1st and explain?

    Any help is great!
  2. Well done fatty, on passing your medical
With an injured knee your only solution is to limp.
Hope this helps. :D  Try the braille diet. You blindfold yourself, put a peg on your nose and you only eat when you stumble into food.
  3. I think that you should 'phone or e-mail your CA this morning and ask him/her whether he/she feels that your medical needs to be rescheduled.

Do it now, before their day starts to get really busy.
