RMR BRISTOL HOLDING TROOP

Anyone out there that is joining or currently in RMR Bristol's holding troop?

'Holding troop?' Ive heard of this a few times, could anyone tell me what it is exacally?

basically a PT session every week for every potential recruit.

RMR Bristol ran a holding troop last night. First one of the year, the next one is on the 24th but you must have your admin, medical and pre-joining tests squared away first.

I thought they were run weekly the same as London. However, this is not the case and different units run holding troops in different styles...
