    He passed away today aged 81. 100 Days was one of two things that inspired me to join the RN - I shall be re-reading it pretty soon!

    Great man great leader, at least he got the recognition he deserved, not quite so for Commodore Jamie Miller, equally brilliant with a memory of an elephant it was just the wrong war and maybe he upset a few too many of the shiney arses back home.
