RFA Officer Cadet Interview and AIB

So having passed the first few stages, tests and written statement, I have an interview coming up and hopefully the AIB after that- then 3 years cadet training. I'd really appreciate any insight into the interview format- any off-the-wall questions, things to specifically prepare for?
