Residency rules for security clearance....

#1
Just wondering if anyone knew how my GAP year would effect my security clearance.
I came back 2 years ago but was abroad for almost a year and on all the forms it says you must have been resident for 5 years!

Anyone got any idea how this would effect my application?

cheers
