Removal of Level 7 capping for Tiffs

I have heard a rumour......

The level 7 capping for Tiffs is being removed next April...

Has anyone else heard this.......this then posts other questions..

What will be the pay levels for WO2's .....

Will this ever end...........

WoW! What an amazing idea, that will be an incredible step forward in retention within the AET world! All those Chieftiffs left with only the prospect of a draft to Culdrose on promotion to WO2 will be knocking down Fleets door to sign on now!............... oh no, maybe not, see below!

It been rumoured for almost since the WO2 came in 4 years ago. Would love to see it, have been capped at level 7 for 5 years!
