What is Relay For Life?
Relay For Life is a unique event that gives your community the chance to celebrate the lives of people touched by cancer while raising funds for our vital research.
Each Relay lasts between 12 and 24 hours and always takes place overnight. It is normally held at a park, running track or field.
Teams of 8–15 supporters take turns to walk around a 'track' for the duration of the event. The whole community is invited to come along on the day to show their support and participate in the ceremonies that take place.
