re joining.........yes really!!

Guys before i go to the AFCO and make a t1t of myself, I know the upper age for joining the mob is 36 (up to and including the 37th birthday) but this is for civvies, is it different for ex ratings, I am 37 (38 in a few months) so really a year to old to join straight from the street, but to re join??? any ideas/view (and all the sad comments about re joining).

I left as a LOM(C) 5 years ago due to family, but now divorced!!!!
