Raleigh medical. Is it any different?

Is the medical at Raleigh any different to the medical you get during the recruiting process? What about for submariners, is there anything in particular I need to practice for? I read somewhere that they will ask you to hold your breathe for 1.5 mins, is this true? What about eye tests, are they performed at Raleigh or not?
