In my day it was 'Pre Commissioning Training'.
That rings a bell , and you may well be correct,
but isn't it nice to see our old acronyms being recycled.

We had a couple PCT's when I was in. Didn't realise they still had them. Just thought became CT's. Do they still not have a branch badge when a PCT??

The Matelot is better placed to advise on this than I, but I'm pretty sure that PCT's are given a branch badge on successful completion of Raleigh, although am happy to stand corrected.

As for RT scores, I believe that the highest cut off is for CT, but as I'm not a recruiter, I couldn't be certain.

They never used to receive a branch badge as a PCT but then so many things have changed they probably do now I don't doubt

PCT is no longer used as a branch title, it's just CT this week.

CT's do indeed require the highest Reasoning part score & overall highest Recruiting Test score..
