  1. Hello once again RR.

Since I was last around I've sent off the initial interest form, which was then sent on to AIB. AIB have E-mailed me and I've sent off some extra documentation and it's now been about 3 weeks since I heard anything.

    I have two questions.

What's the next step and how long does it normally take to get a response? I was considering ringing them up and enquiring as to how my application was progressing and whether they'd mind. I don't want to pester them unnecesarily.

Yeah, I guess I'm just excited and impatient :)

You should get a notified of your AIB dates about 4 weeks (ish) after submitting all the application forms.

Your ACLO may well be on Easter leave until 31 March, so it's probably worth hanging fire until then.

  3. Ah yes, I'd forgotten about Easter. Doh!

Thanks for the answer. I'm just itching to get stuff done.

Also, I'm doing it with Spanish secondary education qualifications, so if they accept them, I'll let you know. They haven't raised it as a problem yet though, and I was asked to translate all the different subject names.
