question about my medical

I've just been given the date for my interview and a lot of sheets to fill.I've been given mixed messages about my medical though. do I go to my GP and have it done or do I wait until after my interview? I have a sheet that looks like it should be filled out by a doctor which has 2 boxes at the bottom that say "fit" and "unfit" also, do I bring the results from my eye check up to my interview along with the medical form? thanks in advance for any information

The questionnaire should be sent back to your AFCO along with the eye test form from the optician. They then send it off to a 'specialist' doctor who'll contact you directly to arrange the medical examination.

They should have given you an envelope to send it back in. I'd get it filled in, and the eye test compeleted, asap and then give them a call (the quicker you get it back, the quicker you get your medical done).
Either way, given your confusion, I'd give the AFCO a ring first thing in the morning - this is what they're here to help you with.
