A US soldier is jailed for 100 years for a serious crime - wonder why our pc judiciary can't do the same to our twisted criminals.. :???:

Cos the prisons are already overcrowded, and oh yeah, perhaps it may infringe their human rights !!!

Its fair if he has to serve it, when would he be due for parole?
Nothing mentioned about actual minimum length of time he will serve

Phil's link states he will be eligible to apply for parole in 10 years.
Let us hope that the US appeal judges have longer memories than ours!

US soldier has been sentenced to 100 years in prison for the gang rape of a 14-year-old Iraqi girl and the killing of her and her family.
