  4. Every eligible candidate is to be given The Procedures and Practice Test Booklet (PTB). The aim of the PTB is to provide candidates with a structured and fairly detailed introduction to the Selection Test before they sit it and define more clearly its role in the selection process. Additional information on the role, structure, general content and function of the selection interview is also provided in the PTB. Candidates must have the opportunity and time to be able to read, study and complete the PTB before test taking commences. The absolute minimum time between candidates receiving the PTB and taking RT is 48 hours.

What's this got to do with running? I'm confused.

  7. It's press ups and sit-ups isn't it? You'll do it at the PRNC.

  8. Yes, it's press ups and sit ups only. Then straight into your 2.4km run.
