  1. Hi, i've got my psychometric test in 9 days and was wondering if anybody knew the pass marks required?(Seaman Specialist) i heard it was 50% in Maths and English for everything but these posts were from 2 years ago at least and i was wondering if it had changed? And after your test do you get interviewed there and then or do they just discuss your score then give you date for an interview? I keep seeing different info and alot of its from years back..

  2. 50% **** me is that getting your name right?
  3. I've heard Prince Harry is taking your exam.

Can you explain what difference you knowing the percentage required will make?

So you can't explain what difference it would make?

The point I'm trying to make is that it doesn't make any difference what the percentage pass mark is, you either pass or fail, knowing whats needed will not make any difference.
  10. Fairplay, I thought they focused more on your Maths and English mark than the others thats why im asking..
  11. Frogman that's two different threads you have commented to me on, you seem annoyed? whats up have you not had your hole in a while?
  12. I wrongly assumed this is a forum and was able to comment? Anyway who made you the chief?

That's because all you need to know can be found on the Internet by looking yourself....

In fact the Navy website answers it all if you look properly
  14. I did and it says 50% but is that the test all round or each individual part, like the want a minimum of 50% in Maths, or does it cover the whole test, that's what i dont get

  15. Got a left field idea. Ever thought about contacting your AFCO.

If you can't pass a 50% exam, ever thought the mob might not be for you. I have heard Burger King are recruiting.
  16. Phoning the office is last resort i dont want to badger the bloke every time i have a question, i looked online and i see its 50% needed but i wondered if it was the whole test (if it is its piss easy) or for each individual part, because i was told they focus on Maths and English more.. and i am not the best at Maths that's my concern.. ******* civvies eh
  17. So are . 'Barrier up Barrier down'

Seaman Specialist? If you can tell the sharp end from the blunt end you will be way ahead of your future sea contempories!
  19. Unless you know what each individual question scores percentage wise, knowing what you need to pass is irrelevant. By the time you've calculated what you need to do to pass, your time will be up and you'll have failed the ****** anyway.
