PRNC tips

Hi all, I have my prnc in two weeks at Collingwood, I was wondering if anyone could give me an insight of what to expect? Also an idea of how the 2.4km run is tested? As in a road run or around a Astro pitch?

The 2.4km is 3+3/4 times around the parade ground and grass area, all on concrete. There is a pretty rigorous warm up before and straight after the run, you run to the gym and do an IMF session.

There is no press up/sit up test as such but you do them as part of the IMF. Its just an intro to the 'do exactly as I say, when I say it and NOTHING else' aspect of PT.

Oh doesn’t sound bad at all, is the “imf” session the press up, sit up test??
Initial Military Fitness. If you google it you’ll find videos of the booties doing it. Described to me by an ex-PTI as ‘the most honking phys I’ve done since PT course’.

Oh wow! Looks hard! Guess I’ll just have to remember that every fitness session ends, I’ll just have to make sure I’m there when it does
