Pre Joining Fitness Test Advice

Hi all,

So today i did my PJFT for entry into the Royal Navy. my target time was 12 minutes and 16 secs considering my age is 20 years old. i managed to pass my test 1st time with a time of 11 minutes and 36 seconds. just some advice for people who are going to take there test soon. if you warm up first by doing some side steps, high knees exercises this will warm you up.

also i would say if you could try to run between 12.5-13.5 Kilmometres per second you are guaranteed to pass under the specified time, as i have done:)
