Pre-joining fitness programme

  1. Is this programme a good way to get fit? I've been using it for the past few days and I was just wondering how effective it is.

    Disregard this post, it was stupid of me.
  4. I am on week 6 it's good I feel stronger my only bad point is my swimming but I am having lessons and jumping into pool with jeans shirt and jumper to get used to weight for the swim test. I also do weights at home to. It is good programme follow and see maybe add a few more things on. Also I started it a week early so I have an extra week to train I will do week 8 again.
