I am on week 6 it's good I feel stronger my only bad point is my swimming but I am having lessons and jumping into pool with jeans shirt and jumper to get used to weight for the swim test. I also do weights at home to. It is good programme follow and see maybe add a few more things on. Also I started it a week early so I have an extra week to train I will do week 8 again.
