hi i did my mile and half on the treadmill and failed it
i dont have a clue how i managed to as on the road i normaly get it under the time
so ive planned on getting myself used to running on the treadmill
questions is
should i keep running flat out and wait till i get under the time?
or should i build myself up slowly
im not sure what would work better?
keeping in mind i only have around a month till i re take it
also how many attempts can i take, someone told me it was 3 and then thats it i can never join again ?
