  1. hi i did my mile and half on the treadmill and failed it
i dont have a clue how i managed to as on the road i normaly get it under the time

so ive planned on getting myself used to running on the treadmill
    questions is
should i keep running flat out and wait till i get under the time?
or should i build myself up slowly
im not sure what would work better?
keeping in mind i only have around a month till i re take it

also how many attempts can i take, someone told me it was 3 and then thats it i can never join again ?

  2. i dont knw about amount of attempts allowed, ask ya PO. I managed first time thro allowing thrity secs off time limit on a treadmill and makin sure built up to get rite speed. make sure continue running on road away from hime 4 thirthy mins and back does gr8 for stamina and when u pass go on acquaint course

  3. Your want to be running at around 11.5kmh and then for the last minute up to around 12.5+, Thats how i passed mine.

  4. To be honest it should be just one attempt but..... 2 is acceptable, anyone failing after 2nd atempt in my eyes, have not put effort in or injured etc and never told your AFCO. Good luck you will pass this time, well should.
