Well if they don't want the work I am sure there are plenty in Glasgow that do. Do they really want their yard closed?

I bet they would be very well compensated for going to work in scotland. I know before work got underway properly on the astute class they were doing this in barrow and the lads were desperate to go and work there.

(and no before you say it, it wasnt just to get out of barrow lol)

All those expenses and extra pay for being away from home, good hotels, return flights once a fortnight.* I'd do that for three months, no worries!

*Or so I'd heard from discussions in my local last week.

I want a job, anyone who has stood by a ship or worked in barrow knows what a great place it is.
Extra expenses, lodging allowance trips home, they must be a bunch of morons. :p :p

When the lads wen from barrow to glasgow they got told they had £x to spend on hotels the lads all spent £y and pissed the remainder up the wall. I dont see what there problem is.
