I work for them too WreckerL, PCS,PROSPECT and UNITE held a ballot of its members a few weeks ago and they unanimously voted to take industrial action. should hear when the action is taking place quite soon.

Don't know why you need to train people anyway. Here in the RNR, we go to sea and we have less training than the average Sea Cadet! :lol:
