Hi guys I'm booking my fitness test for next Friday (13th unlucky for some). I've had to do it again as my last one was in 2009 and expired, just looking for some tips and advice running upto it, whether I should be resting or training the few days before.

Get up early on the day and bang out atleast a 3 miler and 50 lengths of your local swimming pool.
Great warm up Wits. You should re-write the pre joining fitness book. If they want new recruits to have some grit through Raleigh, this and more will sort em out.
