  3. FFS. Didn't the AFCO tell you anything??

  4. I am mainly interested in the amount of press ups & sit ups you have to complete. I keep seeing different numbers from the past & cant seem to find the correct, up to date number that you need to complete. I was hoping you guys could give me some information on your past experiences. Any information is much appreciated.

    Thanks.

  5. 23 press ups & 39 sit ups, is this correct & do you complete them to a beep? Just trying to gather as much information as possible.

    Thanks.

    Here's an idea....

Stop starting different threads for each of your questions, use the search function, perhaps consider reading up on PERSEC then dump your current log on, create a new one and start again...

The PJFT for Naval ratings is a 1.5 mile run on a treadmill. Nowt else.
