It would seem to me that you, with no prior knowledge or experience of the armed forces or the processes involved , are forming an opinion based on anecdotes from a disgruntled former trainee.Don’t get me wrong. I respect the forces and those that choose it as a job. But I am against effectively any psychological bullying tactics to get people to not leave during training.
Not having a dig, just an observation and as I've said before on here, my last 3 years in the RN was as a Phase 2 trainees Divisional Officer and showed a few the gate, some of them it was their choice, some of them it was the RN's choice.
I was legally obligated to interview all of them.
