I have my PFT (Personal Fitness Test) tomorrow (yes on a Saturday!?) just thought I'd let you all know. For clarification, my unit's PFT standards are as follows: 2.4km squadded warm up run followed by; 2.4km best effort run in under 10.30. A minimum of 50 push ups in 2 minutes. A minimum of 50 sit ups in 2 minutes. Why to buggery do I allow myself to be talked into this shit? Better not go out on the smash tonight. Anyway wish me luck. I'll need it.
