If still in the RN then your UPO should be able to point you in the right direction. You can get a forecast while still serving.
Whoops - I should have read to the end of the trail. Spot on.Go to Veterans UK on the .Gov website. Go to armed forces pensions in the top nav bar. Then go to pensions on the left nav bar and half way down the page you go to is a link to forms where you can get a form for a Pension Forecast. form 12. Fill it in and send it to the address on the bottom of the form.

Never had one so I just thought that they didn't provide one.Each year, you should receive an 'Advice of Payment' (for the forthcoming tax year) and a P60, from Equiniti (Paymaster General).
