Interesting how a law which supposed to make crime easier to control has backfired.

I think most of us could have seen this happening.

If you're nicking £500 worth of stuff each week, an £80 fine is just an occupational hazard!

A good accountant would probably get most of the fine written off as a legitimate business expense.......

Only the same as a financial advisor awarding him/herself zillions out of pension funds and getting naff all when caught.
