PAYD. Will it damage your ethos?

Guys, according to my research, PAYD is now gaining momentum in your service. Where do you think this will leave you in 5 years. Will the lads use the Galley? Will they lock them selves away in their spankers SLAM?

Or will the Main Galley be the meeting place throughout the day?

Would be intrested in your views as I am studying catering in Uni (Ex Marine Cadet) and I hear rumblings that PAYD may change things. Good :lol: or bad..... :sad:
