Well done Benny, worth the wait, I'm sure.

For the benefit of the uninitiated, if a person has a medical condition that requires further investigation, the medical notes are sent for review by a specialist in that particular field.

If the specialist cannot determine whether this person can be passed fit/or unfit for service from the information provided, a specialist medical appointment is then required. Often a period of time must lapse from a previous occurrence of the condition or since a surgical procedure was undertaken.

Often, it can take a long time to get an appointment to see a specialist as they are often booked many months in advance.

Edited to spell Benny's name correctly!
  7. Nice one benjy, what fitness test do you mean? PJFT or a specialist one?
  8. nice one benny, a step in the right direction
  9. cheers all!
    yep thats the one ninja.
its the PJFT i think, mile an a half on a treadmill in under 10.15 minutes?

    looking forward to it!
  10. Standby for a correction from ninja lol

Try to get down your local LA Fitness on a guest pass before your PJFT, try running at 16kph (fastest the treadmills go, at least at my local) and you should have it cracked in 9mins give or take.

If you are ok with that pace on the practice you can breeze through your actual PJFT without bothering about working out the speed you need to run at
  11. Hoofin' news. Keep on keeping on and your first run on the Endurance Course will be here in no time, betcha can't wait!
