Job Purpose: To provide typing and general administrative support to all Regional Office staff.  Responsibilities: Filing and archiving of correspondence and technical documentation Maintenance and updating of specific records and data. Deal effectively and efficiently with any telephone enquiries, recording clear messages where applicable Some diary management and travel arrangements To deputise for the Office Manager when required The role is 3 days a week, 24 hours a week.
    Skills required:proven track record of working within a busy office environment.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & OutlookIntermediate level required in respect of Microsoft Word, minimum typing speed 50 wpm.Excellent communication skillsKnowledge of working with NVQ systemsAbility to work under your own inititiveKnowledge of working with document control systemsYou must be flexable with regards to your hours.
