Yup, the Osprey's got big wings & rotors, that's for sure - but how many more troops can it carry than the troop carrying version of the Merlin? What, there isn't one?

AV8B's would be nice for aesthetic reasons on a British carrier as some "shit-for-brains" appears to have got rid of our own Harriers before the (US) replacement is anywhere near ready.
