OPTAG Fitness levels

Folks, can anyone who has recently (last 12- 18 months) done the OPTAG ping me a PM. Am looking for guidance on the general levels of fitness required for Pre Deployment Training, and whether there are any specific areas that people would reccomend working on.

Am fit and in date for RNFT, but would help to know if I should be planning on lots of circuits / beastings, or 10 mile runs etc :)
