  1. Hi everyone. First off, excellent site for potential recruits here. Really good community.

My question relates to the psychometric test. Got mine on Wednesday, applying for Warfare Officer. I've seen from previous threads that the pass mark for Officer isn't a set total, but requires at least 18 in the Numeracy section, and 20 in the Literacy section. Gathered this from the threads on here, and from this

My question; is that still valid? I notice that document is from 2009. I'm sitting the test to do as best as I absolutely can, just wondered about if the emphasis on Literacy and Numeracy for Officer has changed at all.

  2. Hello RotorGoat

    Welcome to Rum Ration!

This hasn't changed. The regulations still state that all Officer candidates are required to pass the RT with a score of at least 20 marks in Literacy and 18 marks in Numeracy.
  3. Hi, soleil. Excellent, thanks for the quick response, much appreciated!
