To my mind, that is great news! Kitchen and dining facilities are as important as toilet or sleep facilities, especially for military personnel undertaking predeployment training across the estate. My dad was a military, and he said that the conditions have not been the best at his time. Therefore, he is glad that now they are doing more for those who keep our country safe.
