New to site and looking to join the navy.

Hello people,

Names Brian and I am looking to join the navy. I am looking to join the submarine service.

Can anyone help with a little info:

What is it realy like in the submarine service?

I read about the basic training and just looking for a couple of pointers like how the cloths are folded, what I can do to prepare physicaly etc...

As soon as I am given a date I will let you all know.

Run lots, practice press ups and sit ups. Swim regularly and see if you can find a local gym that does circuit sessions.

Do a an hour or so of hard work every day and you'll breeze through the phys at Raleigh

 

Have a read through the newbies section, covers most things, including every bone question you can think off from bag sizes to haircuts.
