Local radio gave out this morning that the local hospital is installing a barrier to stop the locals using it as a rat run!

The way my local hospital carpark is organised it is ten times quicker to drive around than to drive through.

You'd need at least 4. One to make wets, one to make plane noises, one to tell everyone the RAF reg is in "the big three" and one to actually STAG

That poster sounds a bit like the Flare path (raf) club in Tamworth.
I think they all went deaf out walting each another.
One night a chap was telling us all about the height of the bullets above his head.
I described the depth of the hole I was in when someone fired in my direction,
and possibly the colour and stench of the shit.

Bear in mind that RAF Reg did have Rapier Squadron and Scorpion Light Tanks at one stage. I once heard a Rock refer to the Regiment in a brief once as....wait for it....

My old boss (here) was a RAF Eng Officer and his first Draft/Posting was to a rapier squadron, he had a team of engineers also as he couldn't trust the rocks to do anything apart from push the fire button.
