Perhaps our Muslim friends should be informed that the mock ups used for training are built to resemble the areas where fighting is taking place. Perhaps if these same Muslims would allow Christian, Jewish, Hindu and Budhist temples to be built in their countries the training grounds would reflect this.
That is far too logical an argument - besides the only reason for them getting their knickers in a twist this time is so that they can complain about perceived negative social profiling. The facts will never enter into such arguments.
I'm glad it's not just me that finds this whole story rediculous. If the fool who thinks this reinforces a negative stereotype stops and thinks "hold on a minute, at least the lads will know what a mosque looks like and won't go shooting it up" then he will be playing a positive role. However here we go, just because a building looks like a mosque it has to be a bad thing, wonder how much money he wants for his pain and suffering?
Placing these mock buildings on Bellerby ranges was obviously a grievous error on the part of the army. They should be removed immediately.
There must be a suitable artillery range that could accommodate them.
