Burry Port police arranged a road- side eye-test, but Peter failed.
Even with new £300 extra-strength glasses he could not pass a re-test.
The eyesight test isn't difficult, just reading a number plate at a set distance. Why did he need the fuzz to test him, he could have easily done it himself.
