This sort of activity is becoming much more noticable now. I like the point that if he does not pay up within the deadline his sentence goes up, with no reduction in the ammount demanded, so you cant trade time for cash.

We still have to catch and convict the b*ggers though before we can get the cash, and losing the cash will not be that much of a deterent unless they tthink the chances of being caught are high enough.
