according to the bbc website aload of MOD workers are going on strike over pay.....bit of a slap in the face for our serving boys and girls eh.

I don't know what it is like now but I remember having to cross the picket line every day for a week when the industrial staff at Coulport went on strike many moons ago. The strikers always treated us with respect, stood aside and let us in without any of the normal childish behaviour.
