Medical Record Question

#1
I’ve been to my GP to discuss my medical record and he’s only got a record of when I was registered there - and nothing from a GP I was at in between. Does this mean that when the RN request my record they’ll not get any of the files from the other GP, only my current one?
I only ask because at present my records have a huge gap and I think the RN might find this suspect!
Do Capita get your medical record directly from your GP or from NHS central database?

Capita write to your GP. Your current GP surgery should have your entire medical record, if they haven't, then they need to get it.

With the introduction of the new Data Protection Act last most, you are entitled to obtain your full medical records yourself, free of charge from your GP.
