Welcome to the Navy Net aka Rum Ration

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial RN website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. Just wandering if anyone left RN/RM to pursue a career in the Medical Professions – I’m about to return to Uni to pursue a career in Radiography and just looking for a heads up on general advice/tips for the course.

Join the Army & get 'em to sponsor you through Uni.
(We don't sponsor what used to be called Med Techs)

  3. I've looked at the RAMC but my understanding is they only offer sponsorship to Medical Students not AHP's?

  4. Hi Alex. Its your cousin here. Don't go into radiography...its a profession for photographers that enjoy playing with radiation. Have you looked into physiotherapy ?

  5. Aussie HerselfPhysio? WALT???
    Sorry is that just me??

  6. Cheers Lee (Billy Weatherley) - i'm on a Physiotherapy course and as you well know you cant get a job in it!
