Hello mate,

It's a fairly standard medical - you'll be asked to undress down to your boxers and perform a few joint movements etc; raising your leg (whilst standing on one leg) type movements, I was asked to perform 5 press ups, walk on my heels and then walk on my tip toes.
Heart check, lung capacity check, urine sample - all standard stuff.

Best of luck!

The medical is pretty generic regardless of branch.

The branch specific anomalies are usually confined to eyesight standards & hearing standards for roles that need good eyesight & hearing such as Aircrew and Sonar ratings, respectively.

Thank you mate :), was wondering as i have a re-app the day before my medical if should re-consider the re-app for another day just in case?
