Welcome to the Navy Net aka Rum Ration

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial RN website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. Congratulations to the Maritime Reserve Field Gun Crew in taking part in the Brickwood Field Gun Competition yesterday at Collingrad, a fine showing after only 2 weeks training. BZ :thumright: :thumright:
  2. Concur entirely with the previous comments. BZ to all!
  3. A good effort from all the lads, young and old. Some very old.

We only trained as an 18 for the afternoon of the competition on Friday. Our first three heat runs Friday afternoon we were bitting people in. We peaked at the right time saving our best, clean run for the final.

The first time a Reservist crew has ever run. And it was all done in a fortnight. Not the eight weeks all the other crews had.
  4. Well done
  5. Great effort lads well done, especially after only two weeks
  6. Yeh - well done Ken!! You know who you are - I thought you were retiring after Canadia2007?
