Yet again my bookshelf is taking a hit and some good books to boot with this months book competition. See list below.

The competition will run until Sunday 10th April at some point during the day when I can be bothered to tell @joker62 or @CanteenCowboy that they have not won again. The entry form can be found on SurveyMonkey using this link:

The books I am offering this time have all been reviewed on the site and are:
  • Classic FM Hall of Fame
  • Dictator
  • The Furies of Rome
  • The Lost Airman
  • Gunner & The Real Dad's Army - 2 thin books as one prize

In it, AG could do with winning
  • Classic FM Hall of Fame
Mrs S is always on about it, and I do not have a scooby what she is talking-about?
or not understanding them is that normal?

Prefer classic FHM cover hall of fame.
If you guys are unlucky, and there is every chance that you may, I would suggest you use some of your pocket money to get a copy. Very interesting and useful. Read my review on ARRSE

Much to the obvious chagrin of some, which I will no doubt hear now, the following people have been lucky enough to get the answers correct (that may not have just been luck) and to have been drawn as winners (that is luck). Emails have gone asking for details as per usual.

The winners are:
@feisty one
@Sixty

@455WG
@rebbonk
@A/R Jnr

Well done! Answers are:

1. Classical FM started broadcasting in September 1992 .
2. The Roman General who gubbed Boudicca (or Boadicea) was Gaius S Paulinus .
3. The Home Guard were stood down on 3 Dec 1944, although not formal disbanded until Dec 45. The required answer therefore is 3 Dec 44 .
