    The Manchester Tattoo
    Saturday 14th July 2007 @ the MEN Arena.
    In Association with SAMA 82 & Record Breakers

    Did you Help Liberate the Falkland Islands in 1982 ?
    Do you know someone who did ?
    (Would you please pass this on to them)

    This years Tattoo is dedicated to ALL Falklands
    Veterans (Military &
    Civilian), and respectfully requests your

    During this years event, there will be a very
    special tribute including an
    act of remembrance and we are asking you to

    We are seeking in the first instance one volunteer
    to represent their Ship,
    Regiment or Unit, to participate in a "Special
    Presentation" followed by a
    "Parade of Veterans" led by the Pipes and Drums of
    the Scots Guards

    The purpose of this years show is to raise funds for
    Falklands Veterans, and
    your support would be gratefully appreciated.

    Taking the Salute will be Major General Julian
    Thompson, CB. OBE &
    Commodore Michael Clapp CB.

    The Manchester Evening News Arena, is the largest
    Indoor venue in Europe and
    for security reasons, everyone taking part must be
    registered prior to the
    show therefore please register early to avoid

    ALL those participating will be provided with the
    following meals; (Lunch &
    Evening Meal).

    family in aid of Falklands Veterans and their

  2. FF, this would probably be better placed in the Navy News. It's free and has a wider audience.
  3. Dabs, with only a week to go NN, would be a waste of time. They are probably putting the August edition together at the moment.

  4. Hi Thanks guys, I don't actually know how widespread they have advertised this, thought I would try to publicise it a bit and if it picks up one vet who wants to attend its a result
